Refund Policy


Thanks for shopping at PlugPoint! If you change your mind about your purchase, and have decided to return it, don ́t worry! After all, we do all have a change of thought every once in a while and we are here to help you through the process.

Please note that the returned items must be in their original condition in order to be refundable. Original condition means in original packaging, and that the item is undamaged and in sellable condition.

Once we receive the item returned by you and verify your status, we will initiate the refund process.


What cannot be Reimbursed?

The items below are excluded from our goodwill refund policy unless faulty or not as described:


       Opened liquid bottles.

       Personalized products.


Faulty Items

As we all know sometimes there are manufacturing faults in items that stop them from functioning. We like to make sure that this is solved with minimum fuss and time for our customers.

In the unlikely event your item does stop working there is a 30 days warranty on all our products (not including coils and liquids). During this time, we can offer a refund on faulty items.

If you contact us for support, either by phone or email we can go through any fixes towards the item, and help you make sure that the item is faulty.

Once we have made sure the item is faulty we will send over the details on how to get the item back to us along with the free return postage label. We will then give you a refund, in case you don't wish an exchange.


The above does not apply to coils and liquids as these are perishable items.


 Payment Methods and Refund

When returning an item the way you originally paid for your item will determine how your refund is processed.

       Credit / Debit Card: Your refund will go back to the same card you purchased on.


Our Refund Process

You’ll be refunded back to your original payment method including relevant postage. We will process your refund as soon as the item has come back to us. It can take up to 5 days for your bank to transfer the funds back to you but this will depend on the bank.


International Refund

If you are not Ireland´s resident, please contact us at: [email protected] before posting an item back to us to confirm the return and refund.

Please note that the deadline for completing the refund process may vary depending on your country.
