Thank you for shopping at PlugPoint! If you wish to cancel your purchase, please read this Policy carefully. Below you will find important information to when is the right time to request your purchase cancellation.


Your Right to Cancel


You will have a right to cancel your purchase from 1-4 days after processing your order. To cancel your purchase you must send an e-mail to our Customer Care Team.

When requesting a cancellation please include all the details of your Order to help us identify the purchase, such as: your name, address and order number.

As soon as we receive your request with all the details of the purchase, we will contact you at the email address provided by you with your personal information, and give you the status of your request. If your request is approved you may proceed to the return of the items.

You must take reasonable care of the items. Whilst you may inspect the Items when they are in your possession and if you are not sure whether to keep them, you must not use them.

Please note that if you have already received the item you will be responsible for the return, in accordance with our Return Policy.


Our Right to Cancel


PlugPoint reserves the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, prior to payment processing and shipment. If we cancel your Order, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the cancelation details will be provided.

If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to shipment, you will be refunded any amount paid in relation to those purchases, in the terms and conditions provided in our Refund Policy.
